Staff were kind and prioritized ensuring my safety during a sudden weather change!

The surroundings felt unsafe at times and an unsettling incident involving a homeless individual occurred.

The hotel was fairly clean and had modern rooms. I had breads, cereals and hot waffles in the morning. My room included climate control, coffee/tea making machines and an iron. Everyone was PLEASANT and nice. The setting of property was great, close to everything. Further, it was close enough to Gallup and the train tracks and the numerous trains.

That gap beneath the entry door invites cold air and unwanted guests, cleaning standards need serious attention to combat dirt and stains, and overall, safety concerns stick out like a sore thumb!!!

Could be challenging to find good dining options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. I experienced some noise issues from the adjacent train tracks during the night.

Over half the hotel was closed for remodeling. Torn carpet in the room, missing toilet paper roll holder, and a bed that felt smaller than expected. There was no pool as advertised, just a hole in the ground. Definitely not what you want after a long day on the road.

It is a cute hotel with a larger coffee pot in the room and a grab-and-go breakfast that exceeds expectations, and ample parking makes it convenient to stay!

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed exploring Red Rock State Park and tried our luck at Fire Rock Casino. The room was comfy, and the staff was really nice. Breakfast options were decent, and everything felt pretty cute.

It took a while to find it despite calling for help.
